  Got a notice from this company regarding past due doctor bill that I never received. They don't follow the policies in their own collection notice. Will hold your credit report at ransom unless you pay over the phone immediately. I'm fine with paying debt rightfully due, but I wasn't even afforded the time to investigate without the threat to post to my credit report. They have a dispute policy but do not follow it. I wish I had a lawyer friend to go after these clowns.

  A lawsuit waiting to happen. An employee called me from there and demanded I pay a medical bill over 4 times the amount the bill was for. I believe her name was Mary Trevor? I told her I was disputing it with the insurance company and she told me it's my responsibility now and that it will go on my credit report today. Told her I wasn't paying it until I spoke with insurance and she told me I was a terrible person because I wouldn't pay for my son's medical bill then named the reason for the bill. HIPPA violation. They aren't an insurance company or a doctor's office. class action anyone?

  Completely rude. I called about a collection account I saw on my credit. I was polite and said I wanted to arrange payments per month if that was possible. When the guy asked me what I could pay I said well for example maybe $100 a month and he responded very rudely "OH NO we can't do that. That would take you two years to pay this off." I said there was no need to take a rude tone when I am the one reaching out offering to pay a debt...and I was treated like crap. I hung up without speaking to this man further...Makes NO sense I guess they don't want their money that bad.
