I sent a complaint to the BBB and if your experience was anything close to mine you should too!!! Their rating of A+ is bs and the BBB should be made aware of bs rules like holding your vehicle to obtain more money! There is no Texas law that states that your vehicle must be held for 24 hours before being released to you!! They are full of it!By Unique B, August 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lied about when my car would be auctioned. I had plans to pay it off and they sold it from under my feet, over a week before I was told. Oh, also, good luck getting any of your things back. They stole prescription drugs from me, along with a ps4 (that was reported stolen to the police, and is being tracked by mac address. I hope you idiots turn that thing on). I'm not even salty about my car. It's the fact I was lied to and then stolen from.
