- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT GET ENGRAVINGS DONE HERE The engraver they use ruined a baby bracelet I brought in to be engraved. The engraving was performed upside down, and to fix was they cut the nameplate and flipped it, then soldered it back together. Terrible.By Ste Kay, April 30, 2017

Haddad since he had his Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting for his first location nearly 10 years ago and I was immediately impressed with all aspects of his business from the beautiful inventory to his expertise and that of his wife, Kathy who is a registered Gemologist. J.D. introduced me to Citizen Eco-Drive watches and I have bought two as a result. I have bought gold and diamond pendants for my wife, as well as a diamond tennis bracelet for her June birthday. J.D. has repaired and replaced lost parts of diamond earrings and all our jewelry always looks better when we pick it up than when we drop it off. He polishes everything before he finishes with it. I recently picked up two gold chain bracelets he repaired and a pair of my wife's diamond earrings that lost a screw back, and they all looked better than when we bought them. Please note I proudly put my name on this review, like all but one of the reviewers on Google and the 6 on Facebook. When you want class, quality and outstanding customer service, there is none better than Haddad Jewelers in The Vintage Shopping Center in Northwest Houston.
