- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a former Signal Corp Acting Command Sgt Major, I find this funded state agency is just a meal ticket for the employees who operates with extreme self interest and prejudice and zero accountability at the hghihest levels to include the state National Guard Commander. Total insensitivity is all I have observed from these actors when they are pressed to deliver the goods. And the State of TEXAS pays them very well to LIE LIE LIE and never answer the phones. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in on 30 Sep 16 and they two individuals were very helpful. Was told what I needed to do and when I was ready to call back and they would help me process the paperwork. Called and left 5 voicemail for them and never got a call back. Had to write to management to get any kind of response. Found out yesterday, that I filed the paperwork incorrectly and I have emailed and called and still can't get a response.By Michael Mahoney, September 28, 2016
