  The lady that works all the way at the end of the counter is the nicest employee ever. I've been to this location many times and she's always handling passports and every time, you'll notice that she is always smiling and makes friendly suggestions and just makes your day better. If you get the chance encounter to work with her you will be amazed. Any negatives you have of this location will be erased because she is super nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you! Edit: Her name is Cynthia and she is still awesome at making your day better! Thank you again!

  This is the WORST location I have ever had to deal with. I have only lived at my current address for a few months and nearly 50% of my packages have been delivered to the wrong address, or just plain LOST. Once I called about a lost package that had a tracking number and they filed a claim and NEVER contacted me again. They even lost my passport, and when I went to the office to complain about it after it being lost for 2 weeks, it mysteriously showed up in my mailbox the next day....AFTER I HAD ALREADY ORDERED A NEW ONE!! I have lived in many cities and I have never had issues like I have here. I wish there was a way to not have to deal with this particular office, but they do the deliveries to my home, so I am SCREWED. The worst part is that they don't care how much you go to the office and complain, because they are miserable and will get paid that cushy government salary whether or not they actually help you. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx.

  Poor customer service. Today, I wanted to mail out a package but didn't know where the Priority Box was located so I decided to ask one of the workers. The male worker replied "I don't know anything about mailing or mail" (despite working in a Post Office!). Thankfully one of the customers knew where it was. I have been to this Post Office on other rare occasions just to pick up packages and was helped, but the gentleman (~5'6", Asian-looking male, shaved head) who was monitoring the doors at closing time today should seek employment at a place where he can actually admit he knows something about his job.

  I agree the woman all the way to the left counter is the nicest representative, theres also another young gentleman there that is very helpful. But be prepared to walk into a disgusting line a majority of the time. If you get one of the "undesired" workers, you're in for a ride. They will totally trash you and send you on your way out if everything isn't to perfection. Theres always an issue about something. I would give this place 0 stars if possible, and if it wasn't for the very helpful lady all the way to the corner left counter. Avoid this place unless you absolutely need to. Find a better location in a better area this one is a disaster.
