- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Awesome professional service! All employees are extremely, knowledgeable, nice and kind. We have been clients at this place for about 8 yrs, the store went through a bad couple years under a manager who was hiring unprofessoonal "staff" from craigslist. Those times are finally over and in the past. Since the ownership changed hands a couple years ago, it has been like a breath of fresh air. I am amazed at how patient and courteous the people working here are. There are always going to be people who leave bad reviews. They feel entitled, are demanding, impatient, self absorbed, that don't see staff at a ups location as human beings with learning curves who happen to make mistakes and might not know of everything when they are new on the job. Those clients will be complaining about the smallest things in the world and you cant please them no matter what, unfortunatelly. We wanted to let you know again, you are doing an outstanding job! We cant be more thankful and pleased with the friendly professional environment at this location, the service you provide and the wonderful place to do business the store has become!IBy Anastasia Danielle, August 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Person working was not focused and more concerned about leaving than doing her job correctly. I paid for packing peanuts and none were placed in my packages. I spent a LARGE amount of money to ship about 10 boxes and all boxes had broken items. The boxes were also destroyed. When I contacted them for assistance they were rude and not helpful. They did not offer me the insurance so I just had to suck up my loses and replace my things that were replaceable. I would NOT recommend going to this store.By Jocelin Rickett, May 29, 2017
