- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been with this agent for many years purchasing coverage for my home and several automobiles. I was sent a bill in November of 2015 for $170 which I did not pay by mistake. One month later, without the simple courtesy of a phone call, email or any contact whatsoever, Wolverton cancelled my insurance policy. When I contacted him to inquire as to why a simple phone call was not made to me , or any communication whatsoever, he stated "he was not required to do that" . I find it incredible that someone I have been doing business with for many years could not take the time to contact me over a simple $170 bill prior to cancelling the policy. When he finally spoke with me his attitude was condescending and unprofessional to say the least. With so many good insurance agents out there I would NOT recommend Steve Wolverton.By Barry R, April 30, 2017
