- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After waiting over an hour and 10 min for service I was simply skipped because the bank lacked a sign in sheet for bankers. Customer service at bankers station was deplorable. After being seen I still had to go to a different Bank of America to get a card replacement. A replacement needed after getting a faulty card in the mail.By michael collins, August 30, 2017
