  Good bank they just need to improve their personnel. Their personal bankers are extremely knowledgeable and professional but they just need a few more of them to minimize waiting. Also, they just introduced their machines to replace their bank tellers and looks like is not helping too much, customers have to wait even longer to get something simple done such as making a deposit etc. Until they hire more people or the costumers learn how to use the machines expect long waits. Also, they need a security outside, a few incidents have happened, be very careful of your surroundings. Other than that its a good bank. Their best personal bankers are SONIA and JORGE P.

  This bank is not a good bank, they were getting a direct deposit from social security office, and they closed my account automatically saying they closed it cause a check that someone else deposit into my account had bounced but that's not my fault. So this is a shity bank

  Atm machines are always down outside. What's the point of having them? 3 in total outside while having 4 inside that do function. INside. Worth if you are wanting to park and walk all the way inside, otherwise.. It's a joke. And thank goodness they do have them inside or else going inside to only two bank tellers it's the worst.
