  I can't give a low enough score. They have my escrows messed up by paying $2207 to my old insurance company. I pointed this out to them in dec 2014 but nothing has been done. I've called in January, February, and asked management to help BUT they never call me back. I Emailed their help department, no replies. This company's service is hideous! and the loan officer bait and switched me on the rate and closing costs. Crooks

  Worse lender ever! And if you try to deal with a crazy woman named Jeannie cogdill then you're gonna have a bad time!! BAD TIME. she's rude and it seems that she has a problem with Hispanics. I was referred to her by a friend and she made my friend look bad. Made it seem like I was bothering her when I tried to get some help with my loan. I'm so glad we cancelled our contract with that crazy woman and company. If you're looking for great service and a great lender don't waste your time with them. Go with NRL and contact Randell Bradshaw. Got our Loan through him and we close next week! Jeannie did not make our process as easy as he did. Wish I could rate negative stars.

  If you are looking for a mortgage in the Houston or surrounding areas, look no further than Cornerstone Home Lending. They made the often cumbersome and tedious process of obtaining a mortgage as easy as possible. Their staff was extremely professional and responded to my numerous questions timely and with great courtesy. My house closing went perfectly and I absolutely believe this was all due to Cornerstone Home Lending!

  Well let me tell you the service you have at Cornerstone Home Lending is out of this world! We feel like we are all best friends because they have treated us not like a number but the real family that we are. Whatever and whenever we asked for anything they provided it before we hung up the phone. Just like a loved one would do for you. They are real caring people who know what they are doing. They will make one of the biggest differences in a person or a family's life forever! You could go other places today and have a Mortgage Co or a Bank loan you money for a house but you will not get the service you receive from Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. I have had 6 houses in my life so I know what I am talking about. My husband is proud to say this is the first house he has purchased. That tells a story in itself about how good this fine company is. Kim, Megan and Sidney you're more than welcome to come over as our dear friends anytime!
