  Just open an account at this bank and so far customer service is poor. Try calling and keeps saying higher call volume than user ( ok hire more people ) . It puts you on hold for 30 minutes Or longer . My step son put an application for a loan to buy my car . He has been with this bank over 5 years and he is 22. This will be his firs car loan. The bank didn't call him back for days . They email and when he try to respond the bank don't answer. Finally got someone on the phone after waiting 40 minutes . He gets the run around from Javier Ortega from nw branch and from someone on the phone. I finally receive an email from Javier on status of my step son loan he said it got canceled. He didn't know why and told me he had to redo it ( I was like why ). My stepson and his mom co sign with new app. It's been a week now . No email no respond . On hold for 40 minutes again. Imagine your card got stolen or money missing from your account. The bank don't answer your email or be on hod for 49 minutes . Closing out my account . This bank is unreliable . Taking the stars back but can't give 0 stars . I applied to refinanced my 2017 Honda Civic ex (1874 mikes ). Susan Ortiz said that the underwriter told her I needed extra income nothing else . So my wife co sign for the income extra income on loan ( told Susan that she have bad credit but they only needed her income on the loan) the second decision came back saying that I was declined of different things now . So it was a bait and switch by this bank . They pull my wife credit and hurt it . Why would you tell me I needed extra income the first decisions? Come back secind decision was declined for something else ? Beware of this bank , if you don't have a lot of money in your account you're just a number . Go to big banks because they will be honest with you .

  "The reply below, you all should expect branch managers to do this. Sonya called me today and tried to get information how "she can better my experience". They are trained to do that. I used to work for Comcast Cable. Supervisors did the same thing to "save face" and then went on about their day. They don't really care. I called corporate so she had to so she could notate that she did" My original post: I only go to this location because it is closest to my house. There are some good employees here but do not do business with Javier #### THE SECOND. HE WILL RUSH YOU OUT OF THERE AND HE'S NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL in my opinion.
