  Nice tellers and give free consultation on building back credit. Helped my scores by a hundred or 2 points, only problem is they are the score anyone cares about

  Don't bank at this bank low interest rates, but make you jump through hoops worst than a big bank. Low loan limits with high standards. You have to get approval just to transfers funds between banks. I bank at other credit unions & don't go through this at all. Plus they are behind the times. For one they don't do EFT payments at all, I have a credit card & I have the bank mail the checks or have to pay at the bank. Who has time so keep doing that. Then the bank allowed the lowest limit on the card of all the cards I do have & don't offer to increase it. My credit score is decent & still the card wasn't increased after 3 years of having the card. The atms are not up to date at all compared to other banks. There system is still what 15-20s behind. So & all, I'll be closing all my accounts at this bank. Worst FCU I've come to know so far. Bette to just bank at Bank of America than here. Lastly they don't update the app, it's been non-functioning for almost a month...

  I have been with this bank for 10 years and they deposited a check Into the wrong account. Which then therefore charge $140 in fees over one day. They would not reimburse me for the money. So I closed my account. Go to any other bank other than this one.
