  I have known Jim Evans for more than five years and consider him to be an attorney with integrity and values that I respect. He always listens, takes or returns calls and is truthful. He is superb at strategy. He also demonstrates excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable and dependable. He seems to always be available to answer questions. While he is a strong advocate, he is also respected by judges and by other attorneys. You will want him in your corner!

  Past 20 yrs I had 4 divorce lawyers for my two divorces. I had to fire some. Jim was the best among all. I knows lot about the laws I just needed someone with a degree n license. He did everything perfectly. He even found my ex when constables couldn't find her to serve subpoena. He answered my call at night at weekends. I salute him for his out of the world service.   Jim provided legal advice and counsel as I went through my uncontested divorce. While I didnt always agree with him, in the end his counsel and handling of my case was outstanding. This process is a difficult one but it was made more acceptable with his experience and track record. His advice was excellent and was based on experience and knowing what could and could not be accomplished. He was understanding of the feelings involved but was pragmatic and real in his approach. Always supportive and in the end provided the advice and action that brought a fair conclusion.
