  Dear Sunita, Thank you for all your timely assistance. Appreciate it! I will keep it simple and crisp just the way you like it...... Thanks you sparing a few moments to talk to me. Our conversation was clear and objective oriented. My situation was clearly heard, absorbed, and understood by you ( IRAC approach I = Issue, R = Relevance, A = Application, and C = Conclusion). We did not jump across topics and took a waterfall approach. Thanks for lending me a patient ear for listening to me. This particularly helps when the clients are taking / having a 'Just in time' approach. One specific thing I noticed is that unlike other attorney(s), at least the one I have contacted you did not ever attempt to market your face, I am very much sold by your client satisfaction skills. Your solutioning is excellent and incomparable. I was in a dilemma and was unclear whether I was negotiating with my new employer about my visa conditions properly? The additional / alternative approaches provided by you motivated and assisted me in shaping my thoughts and doing the much needed preparation to ensure a smooth transition in all the meetings with the HR team. Finally, after 1 month today I am writing this mail to express my happiness. I could say with a big relief that the situation is resolved and things have taken a different direction, and the 1st month pay check has been received. Thanks heaps always.   I would highly recommend Ms Kapoor and her staff for any immigration needs. A special shout out for Allen who worked on my case from the beginning and made sure that everything went on very smooth. He also made sure that all the correct forms along with the necessary documentation was sent in the 1st place to avoid unnecessary delays. He along with other team members Reshma, Ruchi carried out their duties/ responsibilities in truly a very professional manner. Their fees is very affordable as well. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!!

  Sunita is a highly competent, not money hungry immigration attorney. She has confidence in what she does, and she will be frank to tell you what could not be done. She has filed my immigration petition in EB1 in 2016 February, and it was approved by October 2016, without any RFE, and both Sunita and Brandy had done an excellent job in that. I applied for my immigration not from the USA but Canada. We are now at the second stage of the immigration process, and at this juncture, I am working with Allen and Sunita. Allen works super efficiently. My only criticism for Allen is in occasions; I did not get the information if my documents have been submitted to NVC. If I call to follow it up, I know it has already been submitted! So I assume nothing waits in his desk, which is excellent, but the client should be informed if the job is done. Overall I had 5* experience with Kapoor law firm, and I will recommend their team to others.

  I had a great experience working with Sunita and Michael who helped me file my EB1A case. I received the approval with no RFE, overall process took over couple of months. Michael & Sunita were thorough with the application and were always very efficient to respond back to my questions. I would recommend her for the EB1A applications. Fees were reasonable for the type of application, and service quality received.
