- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My fiance and I came in with a ring from the 1920s, one of the stones was backing out of its setting and prongs were missing on another setting. Not only were these issues expertly resolved, but they were also able to re-do the filigree (etching) on the band as it had faded over the last 90 years. Could not be more pleased with the service and Gilmore is completely transparent and accommodating through the entire process. We could not be more pleased. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have taken a lot of my jewelry here for many reasons and they have done a wonderful job on everything and they have super reasonable prices. I have gotten rings sized, necklaces and bracelet clasps fixed, and the most recent was a stone replacement on my original engagement ring. I brought in a new stone and realized it was a little too big to fit in the basket that was currently there but they were able to order a new basket and make the ring look more beautiful than I could of imagined and it barely cost anything. I think it ended up being more work than we both realized but they didn't up the price they quoted me and got it back to me before I went on vacation.
