- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Routes constantly get skipped. Bus will say its supposed to be there but it never shows up. Also many of the drivers have horrible customer service. Maybe if they diversified in the opposite way that you would usually use that term then things wpuld brighten up ;) have a good day amd thanks for being one of the worst transit systems in the country Once again, route was skipped amd second bus driver left stop 3 min late so he could finish his cigarette, which he was smoking right by the door so that the bus now smells like cigarettes Good job metroBy Paul Rickman, September 06, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Drivers are more so assertive because they have to be. Look at what they deal with every day!! There are people out here with no resepect for the human race. And if you were a bus driver dealing with that hostility every day, while just to do your job and help the people commute through out their day- you'd feel the need to be more assertive as well.. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their website is confusing. No FAQ page. After cruising their sire for 1.5 hours (I had a event in Houston and wanted to see if transit would be a viable option), I was completely confused and frustrated. I wrote them explaining that i was going to be in Houston and needed information on their transit system, but their website was confusing. Their reply and I do quote: "We do not serve the area that you live in. Please contact you local bus company" SMH - and people wonder why government intelligence is considered a oxymoron. After that I messaged them on Facebook. Well that didn't go very well and only left me with more questions. I finally got the information I needed from a friend who lives in the area, but by that time I had concluded that it would be easier just drive my car to the event and pay to park in one of the nearby lotsBy joshua anderson, May 28, 2017
