  When I was arrested for a DWI case in February 2016, my blood result was at .130 with an accident involved. I am very fortunate that the Scheiner Law Group was not only able to successfully win my ALR hearing but completely get my case DISMISSED. Prior to speaking with Mr. Scheiner and Mr. Ceja I felt crushed and disappointed. It wasn't until after my initial meeting with "SLG" that I was able to feel optimistic about my case as they were very sensitive towards my situation. Grant and Jose were extremely informative and detailed oriented throughout the entire process. This firm truly cares about helping people and are committed to every case and will work hard for everyone. In addition, they are also devoted to assist with loved ones. My boyfriend was completely overwhelmed and had no idea what to do or how to help me when I was arrested. After speaking with “SLG” they made him feel at ease and helped direct him on the process of posting bail. I can’t thank the attorneys and their staff enough for all the help they provided.   Amazing firm!!! Grant and Jose are the VERY BEST attorneys you could retain if facing a DWI. I was charged with a DWI and to make matters worse, I had a .20 blood result, which upgraded the charge to a Class A misdemeanor. My odds were not good, but since Grant and Jose are the experienced lawyers they are, they advised me to take my case to court, and they got my case dismissed the morning before the trial even began. In addition to getting my entire case dismissed the day of trial, they also won my ALR case for me shortly after my arrest so my license was never suspended. I didn’t even have to be there in person. Scheiner Law Group came highly recommended by a close friend of mine, and now I know why they get the great ratings they do. Both Grant and Jose were so patient and kind to me throughout the whole ordeal. Grant took my call on a Friday evening to discuss the details of my case, and walked me through what to expect. I felt so much better after that call and I knew I was in very good hands. While other attorneys were rushed or short with their clients in court, Grant and Jose never treated me with anything but kindness, patience, and respect. They took time to meet with me one on one at every court date to explain what was happening, and they were always available on the phone and through text. I actually had other attorneys mention to me that I was in good hands with Grant on a few of my court dates, which I think speaks to the respect others hold for him in his profession as a defense attorney. I was given fair and honest expectations throughout the entire process to help me make the best choices possible. When I was scared or upset they took the time to sit down with me and put things back in perspective and answer all my questions or concerns to make the process as easy to handle as possible. Their experience and knowledge was obvious in court. It’s obvious that they have been around and are well respected among other attorneys, judges, etc. I am so incredibly grateful to Grant and Jose for helping me through my DWI and giving me my life back!!
