- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆When you need help he is nowhere to be found. I have used this agent for almost a decade and never had a wreck or a claim. When my vehicle was stolen he was non existent. I had to do all of the leg work and he did not help at all. Very disappointing and not a professional agent. My brother's State Farm agent was with him every step off the way, even calling to make sure he was all right. State Farm is great, this agent is not.By Alex Cox, May 21, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Roderick Price has been my insurance agent for over 20 years. Over the years Whenever I've needed direction or clarification on my policies he and his team have been there to support me. State Farm seems to have a comprehensive plan compared to other insurers and it's nice to know, like the spaghetti sauce commercial says, "it's in there." If State Farm couldn't cover a certain plan Roderick's team was fast responding with other alternatives.By A Google User, March 29, 2017
