  I was the seller on a house where they were the closing company, they had my payoff and HOA incorrect on preliminary closing documents, and I let them know in advance. Then at closing they still had not changed them. I told the lady that was managing the closing, and she was rude and said she had nothing to do with that and that she was only doing this as a courtesy closing and couldn't help. She treated me and my realtor as if we were a burden and didn't even apologize for their documents being incorrect, nor did she try to fix them until my realtor threw a fit and told her that I would not sign unless I had a breakdown of what I was signing and correct documents. Horrible company to deal with, even the receptionist was rude and treated me as if I was a burden and said that they were only doing this as a courtesy closing for their Jones Rd office. It was apparent they didn't want to be bothered. Of course, Stewart Title Company had no issues taking my money, and I still haven't received the funds after closing. Don't use them if you have a choice in title companies.

  One of the best places to close a real estate transaction in Kingwood/Atascocita. Yvonne and Melissa are very professional and treat each buyer and seller as if they are the only clients they have.
