- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience today at this post office was a horrible customer service. Brandi(Believe to be her name) has the worst customer service ever. I go in to retrieve a package that was relocated to the local post office, she greeted me with attitude(not the first time I dealt with her) before she heard my reasoning for my trip to this location. She didn't bother to research my package only stating to call my courier when the tracking number stated it was transfer to there facility. I begin to ask questions she continued to be rude( blowing under her breath saying" You need to talk to her I don't know what you need to do" her that she referring to I assume was the manger) I'm closing my P.O box so I don't have to step foot back into this place!! It's only a select employee's there that have excellent customer service that don't mind rectifying any situation. Words for Brandi if you can't give excellent customer service please find a new occupation there are job's out here where you don't have to provide great customer service!By Sarah Chase, October 11, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They charged a fortune for a time senstive package to India. They promised it'll reach in 6-10 days. It has been more than 3 weeks and the package hasn't reached yet, resulting in a huge loss for me.
