- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today I have visited this location and I was completely disappointed with the service received. Only one clerk working in a very slowly pace with a long, long queue of people waiting patiently. Honestly I would be concerned about US Postal Service in general as if not all nearly in all the USPS offices I have visited . I have encountered the same attitude. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are smart then stay away from here and find another PO. Got there for an appt. for a passport photo, service starts at 10:00 which was my appt. time. I was two minutes early and the lady decides to go on a twenty minute break. Had my mail held for 20 days but got back two days early so I went to pick up my mail. NO MAIL and not clue where it was. Got to my apartment and opened my mailbox to no mail but a note written on my hold order that said "you were gone too long" mail in PR. No one knew what PR meant and I had to wait another day to catch the mail lady to find my mail. This place is a disaster, slow beyond belief, incompetent and rude to everyone.
