  First off I have been a customer for over 15 years now. Went in to this location (first mistake) with a Harris County Homestead Tax Refund check. Clearly made out directly to me but also had my wife's name on the subject line separate from who the check was made out to. The teller would not deposit the check and when she asked her manager all I got was a glare because I interrupted him browsing on his phone. After the teller refused to deposit the check and the manager simply didnt give me the time of day I left, got in my truck, opened the app, took a picture of the check and just like that it was deposited into my account. You just proved a computer could replace you. At least replace the people at this location. After my check was deposited I transfered my money into another account so that I could close all of Wells Fargo bank accounts. You lost a customer.

  Drive thru is unbelievable. This place is garbage. Can i give negative stars? Still not good These atms rarely work. They have two and either one or both are never working. Sucks! A week after last review and still the same problems. Still no solving atm problem. Also they need an extra atm. Lines are getting into cross traffic now. Please add a walk atm or even two.

  This banking location makes me sorry I have account. ATM is down on 70% of my visits. At least 5 times in last 2weeks. There's no walk up ATM and always a problem over here. Get it together . This is very poor customer service.

  Ivana is my personal banker. She is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help and therefore always busy. I have worked with almost everyone in the bank and have always gotten outstanding service. Good work all.
