  I highly recommend Brian Burklow State Farm to anyone who is searching for auto insurance or insurance on your home. they have extremely Great staff, excellent customer services and etc. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you every way possible. I'm absolutely love Destinie she is the best I just love her so much. We have a bond that is unbreakable. I left the insurance company to go Allstate with my Dad. have just returned back to State farm. Thank you guys for everything you do keep up the good work the entire office staff love you guys.

  I didn't realize that this office was such a pain, they were quick to sign me up but to leave they decided not to submit my request. I added a new Audi to my policy and my rate shot up. My spouse and I did some rate shopping and saw that geico was much cheaper for the same exact coverage. I called Brian's office to see if they could match and they couldn't so I requested a cancellation. The girl stated well you have to send me the proof that your currently covered. I stated sure and less than 15 minutes after our conversation I sent the proof via email. I waited two days and my policy's were still active (including renters) which over the phone she said she could cancel immediately because it's not state mandated. Because my policies were still active I called again and the woman who picked up said she was out of the office and will work on it when she gets back?!? I'm like what only she can do it? I forwarded the email to Brian who of course didn't respond or action it and almost five days in I had to contact corporate and that's when I finally received a call from corporate (never Burklow) acknowledging my cancellation and also apologizing. Guess what.. 15 days in my renters shows active still, corporate stated that they talked to Burklow and they put in that cancellation but it never took. I'm happy I have it all in writing. I didn't expect this office to be shady like the reviews but yup it hit me too. I like Statefarm but this agent and team do not seem to have integrity..

  First off if I could give 0 stars I would. This Branch of State Farm Insurance has turned into a joke. I have had them raise my rates on my insurance 2 years in a row. Never had a ticket or accident and no claims. Their reasoning is because every insurance company has to raise their rates because of the increased number of claims by other people, I'm glad that effects my rates! So I called around and found another State Farm rep that gave me more coverage for HALF the rate! Obviously the reasoning behind the rates going up was a lie or else this same company shouldn't be able to give me a lower price and never raised the rates of their customers! So I went ahead and canceled my policy at Brian Burklow and went to my new Rep. Brian Burklow insurance told me once I canceled I would get a refund check for the amount that has not been used yet (Which was the full month). They told me 7-10 days, I called them and they sent it to the wrong address even after me telling them to send it to my current address. The address they sent it to was never even linked to my name! Very aggravating process to deal with any of them. They will never call you back when they tell you that they will. This is the worst branch I have ever seen, Please do not do business here!

  I have been with Brian Burklow State Farm for 2 years come July. I have NEVER had so many issues with an insurance company in my life. So to start I called in to change my address 3 times before it was actually done! About 3 months ago I called in to have a driver added to my policy. After we gave them all of the info and paid for the additional coverage I expected to be done with the situation. NOPE! They called every other day requesting information they forgot to collect during the time we added him. After 30 days they then said he did not qualify to be on a policy and they aren't sure why he was added, or how? As if we work for State Farm and added him ourselves. Then they remove his vehicle and keep him (the non-qualified driver) on my policy causing me an additional $120/month. I had to call in and argue with some lady for 20 minutes that insisted that was my normal premium before we added him. After requesting someone with more knowledge we resolved the issue and they said they would credit the over payment to my following bill. I set up automatic payments to debit from my checking account, so every month for the last 2 years it comes out. Today I get a call saying my premium is increasing (even though I have had no accidents or tickets) and they didn't receive this months payment that they AUTO DEBIT from my account! I can't deal with the stupidity. Unless you want a headache...SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
