  So far so good! Very attentive workers, especially when you are able to do everything over the phone and not have to come in. I wish they had one in Baytown, but I can live with the other 2 being a little far.

  Recently they must of changed management or something because they are horrible. I have been with them for a while now and I have never encountered so many issues. They were a lot better to deal with in past years but now I advise to STAY AWAY!

  I don't recommend this bank at ALL!! Each time I call over bank statements they are immature. They don't carry through with diligence! I have given them many opportunities to be respectful to me as a client but they always demand to feel and be respected after their wrong doing. The same thing was going on with Wells Fargo and look at where they're at now!! They have nothing to protect their roles as tellers or financial institution. By far the worst 3 years banking experience I have ever had!! And my account was compromised once and they didn't do anything because it was over 180 days. I am completely fed up and will be closing to switch to a more educated professional and well reputable bank near me!!!

  I've been a member for well over 9 years they make banking so convenient and have always assisted over and beyond with all questions and credit building process from loans to home loans they have always given me the best rates , and they help majorly since my work schedule is hectic with long hours a lot of the paperwork is done electronically thanks Texas Bay keep up the great work . Pretty much all my family and inlaws are members now
