  Thuy Epperson is a great agent! I was originally a costumer with Bob Stevens when Thuy took over this establishment, and I only had one car with the company at the time. She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me. I worked nights and the bank paid my bills, so if a company didn’t have e-bill then most likely they didn’t get paid. Thuy always had her staff call me to remind me of my past due account. She (and her staff) did this for 9 years. There was a misunderstanding in communication with her office staff once and Thuy let me know where I stood, but in the end my bills are my responsibility. She could have refused to reinstate my insurance, but she didn’t. Anytime I visit her office she is always courteous and professional. She never rushes me out the door. If I ever have questions regarding my policies she doesn’t hesitate to explain them to me…and that’s a lot of explaining. :) She treats me like I’m part of her establishment. Also, when I did have only 1 car with Thuy not only was she supportive as my agent, but she also contributed to my daughter’s walk with Autism Speaks. We I say contributed, I mean she almost matched all of the donations we received. $$$
