- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried calling to get clarification on getting a passport and was told 2 different things from 2 different people at this location. When I tried to get clarification the woman would not let me speak and eventually hung up on me. Waste of time trying to deal with people who are incompetent and bitter.By Yara Lozano, May 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The person who does the passport appointments should be fired. She was late and when she got there she was rude and we were told that the priority was getting the trucks out.
