- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service! They are rude and not willing to help. I was on hold for over 22 minutes and it didn't matter how nice I was, they were rude the whole time. If you look up the word rude in a dictionary, I wouldn't be surprised if a picture of this location was on there. Everyone I spoke to, with the exception of one gentleman, were horrible. My package has been missing for over a week and the last update that was done to it was at this location but they claim it is not there. No one is willing to help nor do the want to help. There should be a zero star choice but I guess the one star can represent the gentleman who is currently helping me track my package.By Elida Alanis, June 17, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please do not use this post office. Drive the extra miles to the one in Webster, 10x the difference in every area. From counter service to the package handling. They've delivered packages to the wrong address multiple times and legitimately don't understand that as a problem. I've had guys say, "I remember your street and I didn't get out of my truck to deliver any packages that day." And 1min later actually say "Yea, I remember leaving it on the front porch." ...By Tim Daniels, January 24, 2017
