  Please have your agents drive more respectfully as you drive through our neighborhoods. At times, there are small children crossing these quiet, loose-gravel roads. Do not be the main reason why we need more life insurance. Be respectful, be courteous, especially on weekends that are as beautiful, as this one began.

  OK, Let me start out with, THE AD IS VERY MISLEADING. I found their job ad on CL Houston for a Customer Service Rep with a annual salary of 50k. That couldn't be more farther from the truth. I was contacted by Alexis after sending in my resume and was asked to come in for an interview. I asked her if she could tell me a little bit about the company and all I got was a very vague answer. When I asked for the company name (because that is not listed on their ad) she told me but in a very low voice I had to ask her to repeat it to me. By this time I'm already wondering so I researched them and found some not so good things about their interview process. But sense the ad said customer service with annual salary I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well I walk in and there was about 15 people in there filling out applications. One by one we are all called into a huge conference room and by the time everyone was seated there were about 40 of us. Each manager there introduced themselves (there were 4 of them) and said what they did there. Then one of them started out by giving us his life's story. Nothing to do with interviewing. Then someone else went up and talked to us about the company and what they do and how they do it. Then some else talked about their marketing. Then someone came up and talked about the pay. There is no pay. They pay you per policy weekly and they keep 25% of it and put it in a bucket and give that back to you after 6 months. By this time I'm gathering my things and getting ready to leave. I noticed a few others starting to walk out as well. All in all this was a complete waste of my day and just over 2 hours of my time that I could've been looking for a REAL JOB. This was not an interview but a sales conference and if you have to sell people into working for you, that obviously says a lot about what they do.
