  This is not the first time I go to this location to make a deposit only for them to be closed way before their posted closing time and have to drive to whole other location that actually keep with their posted times.

  I got discriminated, I signed in the iPad. Then this other female customer signed in after me. I needed to get a debit card since I never received mine, it expired July 31 of 2017. I call Capital one and 14 days later still nothing. I had a late fee from Fitness connections due to this issue. So I called Capital one and still no card. So I went to this local one and I signed in, this other female customer signed in too. We both sat and waited to be called. This African American employee checks the sign ins and calls the female who came in after me. I had already waiting for at least 10 minutes before the other customer came in. The female clerk tells me the other guy will be with me in a few minutes. I didn't ask why, I assumed each one has their own job duty and that the other customer needed help with something else. When the male clerk called me in I asked him why was I skipped? Was the female clerk doing other services? He says NO IM SORRY FOR THAT SHE JUST ASSUMED YOU DIDNT KNOW ENGLISH BECAUSE OF YOUR NAME.
